Act 1: scenes vi & vii, the Macbeth's

If the MacBeth's sought marriage help from me, I would say their biggest problem is unequal control. Lady MacBeth is the dominant one in the relationship while MacBeth listens and does everything she says. I would propose them talking everything out and compromising and agreeing on problems and situations. I would also suggest Lady MacBeth learn to control anger.
